How it works.

The dispatcher uses a live map view to see every vehicle and every active job. Jobs are assigned to technicians with skills, location and current load all considered. Technicians use a mobile app — accept jobs, navigate, capture photos, get signatures, mark complete. The customer gets ETAs and a “your driver is X minutes away” notification.

Reports cover everything the operations director needs: jobs-per-tech-per-day, on-time arrival rate, average fuel use, declined-job patterns.
