How long does it take to get a real estimate back?
One business day for a confirmation and clarifying questions; three to five business days for a scoped plan with budget and timeline. We don't send template responses — every plan is written by a senior engineer who'd actually run the project.
Is there a minimum project size?
Our typical engagements start around $10K, but we take on smaller scoped pieces too (POCs, audits, two-week sprints). The brief field is a good place to mention budget constraints — we'll tell you honestly if it's not a fit.
Will you sign an NDA before I share details?
Yes. Mention it in the brief and we'll send our standard mutual NDA before any back-and-forth. We've signed hundreds of them; we know the drill.
What if I'm not ready to share budget or timeline yet?
Leave those blank. We'll still scope the work and come back with a range, then refine once you have more clarity. No pressure either way.
Do you work fixed-price, time-and-materials, or both?
Both. For well-scoped work we prefer fixed-price phases. For longer engagements or exploratory work, time-and-materials is usually a better fit. We'll recommend the model that fits your project in the scoped plan.
