POS System for Restaurants

A modern restaurant POS — orders, payments, kitchen tickets, online ordering, table management and inventory, running on iPads and printers your staff already use.

What This Does

How it works.

Servers take orders on iPads at the counter or tableside. Orders print or display on kitchen and bar stations instantly. Payments go through your preferred processor — Stripe, Adyen, Square, Worldpay — with tipping, split bills and refunds built in. Online orders from your branded site and the major delivery platforms land in the same kitchen queue. Inventory deducts per-recipe so stock is always current. The back office runs in any browser.

What's Included

Features in this solution.

iPad counter + tableside

Fast order entry, modifiers, course timing and split bills. Works offline — syncs when the wifi comes back.

Kitchen Display System

Replaces or supplements printers — colour-coded stations, course timing, ticket bumping and order recall.

Online ordering site

Branded ordering site with delivery / pickup / table-side QR ordering. Orders flow to the same kitchen queue.

Delivery-platform sync

Uber Eats, DoorDash and Just Eat orders auto-arrive in the kitchen. Menu and pricing managed once, pushed everywhere.

Recipe-based inventory

Every sale deducts the right ingredients. Low-stock alerts and supplier reorders before you run out of a key prep.

Multi-location reporting

Real-time sales, labour and food-cost reports across every site. Drill from group total down to a single ticket.

Where It Fits

Built for these situations.

  • Independent restaurants tired of per-terminal POS fees
  • Multi-location groups needing head-office visibility
  • Cafés and QSRs with high online-order volume
  • Cloud kitchens running multiple virtual brands
  • Bars and pubs wanting tab management plus tableside ordering

Pricing model

Fixed-price implementation for one location with up to 6 terminals, one kitchen display, online ordering site, and 2 delivery-platform integrations. Typical build is $55k–$95k.

Roll-out to additional locations is a small per-site fee. We can also operate the system on a managed-DevOps retainer post-launch — far cheaper than legacy POS subscriptions.

Typical timeline

12–16 weeks

Senior-led pod, fixed price, weekly demos.
